The size range of cylindrical rollers produced by our company is Dw: 3~30, Lw: 5~50. The material is generally made of GCr15 steel with hardness of HRC61~65, and GCr15SiMn steel with hardness of HRC60~64, surface roughness Ra of less than 0.2μm.
The dimensional tolerances, batch diameter and length variations, chamfer dimensions and tolerances, as well as the geometric tolerances and surface roughness of cylindrical rollers comply with the current national standard GB/T4661.
Example: Cylindrical roller (5X8IIl+3/-15).
The diameter of the cylindrical roller is 5mm, the length is 8mm, the tolerance grade is 3, the batch average diameter deviation is +3μm, and the batch average length deviation is -15μm.
